5 public screen CLI utils:
OpenScreen  opens a public screen, with user specified
	    width, height, font, # colors, whether hires or
	    laced, and what displayid.

CloseScreen  of course

ScreenFlags  Sets/unsets the flags default, pop, and
	     shanghai

ScreenToFront  moves the specified screen to the front

SetColors    sets the colors used by a given public screen,
	     with the colors being specified in hex.
