This  is  a  nice and simple CLI program that when run will speak
the current time.  It will optionally speak the seconds as well.  As I
wrote  this program after a request from Redver (from monochrome BBS),
I  havent  got  many  uses for it yet.  However, I'm sure someone will
find  a  use  for it.  Speak the time on startup?  Speak the time when
you start a HD backup?  Who know...Anyway, it is here if you need it..
