ResClock is intended for those Amiga users unfortunate
enough not to have a battery-backed clock, such as those
with an unexpanded A500, A600 or A1200. It overrides the
system battclock.resource with its own code (250 bytes)
that is able to keep time over warm reboots.

A support program SetBattClock has been included to allow
ResClock to be used even on KS1.2 systems.

ResClock has so far been tested on:
 * A1200, 68020, KS3.0, 2Mb chip, no fast RAM
