This patch updates all DCF77 distribution disks (versions 3.x) to the
current version.

DCF77 is the professional receiver software for the European time signal
transmitter "DCF77".
The Aminet file util/time/dcf77.lha  contains a demo and a free older
version (including an analogue clock and a broadcast ready time signal).

Changes since 3.10:
Added support for the serial receiver type Expert Mouse CLOCK.
