This datatype allows to display cardsets of Klondike solitaire program.
It supports all known types:
 Type I    - 55 cards (13*4 + back + empty + special)
 Type II   - 59 cards (13*4 + back + empty + special + 4*stack)
 Type III  - 68 cards (13*4 + back + empty + special + 4*stack + 9*prefs)
 RKP  8bit - 57 cards (13*4 + back + 4*stack)
 RKP 16bit - 57 cards (13*4 + back + 4*stack)
 WizSolit  - 57 cards (13*4 + back + 4*stack)

The RKP cards need picture.datatype V43 or they cannot be displayed.

Install:
  - First delete all other reko.datatype and REKO#? files from libs:,
    libs:datatypes, DEVS:DataTypes, SYS:Classes/datatypes, ...
  - Copy "REKO Cardset" and its icon to DEVS:DataTypes
  - Copy reko.datatype to SYS:Classes/datatypes
    (If you have an 68060, use the reko.datatype060 file and rename it.)
  - Reboot or click on "REKO Cardset" icon.

Some notes:
 - If picture.datatype V43 or better is installed all HAM modes are
   automatically converted to 24bit data (as this looks better).

 - There is a file DataFormat.TXT inside this archive, which describes
   the format of all currently existing REKO cardsets.

 - The datatype supports some settings. These must be done in the
   environment variable REKODTMODE.
   · Call »SetEnv REKODTMODE "<values>"« to activate the value.
     Call »SetEnv ENVARC:REKODTMODE "<values>"« to activate the value
     after every new startup.
     To remove the variable delete the files in ENVARC: and ENV:
     
   · Entries in that variable must be seperated with ',' and be without
     spaces, tabs or carriage returns!

   · Supported entries:
     SOLITON   - Allows to use REKO cards with Soliton! It is necessary
       to strip all special cards for Soliton. Now the datatype ignores
       prefs and stack cards and does not display HAM cards without
       picture.datatype V43.
     16BIT     - Use 16bit output instead of 24bit, Works better with some
       programs, but others do not like that. Try yourself.
     HAMDIRECT - Do not convert HAM cards to 16/24BIT, but display them
       direct (like without V43 picture.datatype). Does not work with
       SOLITON keyword.
     MREKOMODE - Cardset layout like in mreko datatype (the stack cards on
       top, special cards in reverse order).
     REKODT39MODE - Cardset layout like in reko.datatype V39 (the stack
       cards on top, special cards in second line). This mode does not
       display prefs cards.

   · Example: To set 16BIT Solition mode, call:
     SetEnv REKODTMODE "SOLITON,16BIT"

 - The datatype also supports WizSolitaire cardsets. Loading this type
   of cardset depends on an installed JPEG datatype and is a bit slow
   (as it needs to load up to 57 individual jpeg picture).

 - The V44 WarpJPEG datatype descriptor prevents the display of
   WizSolitaire cardsets. Either update the datatype, change the
   descriptor or use another JPEG datatype.

 - If you are searching for new cardsets, try "http://go.to/rekonet/"
   and download the files you like. Also send me cardsets, which are not
   in this list. I will update it afterwards.

 - Thanks Fulvio Peruggi for beta testing and debugging. Oh I can tell
   you never believe in autodocs. This can take hours of debugging.

 - I know this datatype is not the fastest, as it is plain C code. Making
   the main HAM conversion or the PC card color conversion in Assembler
   would speed up a lot. But I do not have the time to do so!
