HideWBTitle is a CLI command which toggles the Workbench's titlebar on and off.

HideWBTitleCX is a commodity which toggles the titlebar based on the mouse pointer's position.

Inspired by the preview pics of Workbench 3.5, which don't have a titlebar.
Features:

    They toggle Workbench's titlebar on and off. ...I suppose that's a feature.
    They're free.
    The source is included.
    They impress women to no end.
    ...Well, maybe not. ...But they're free. :-)

Future Plans: Wait for WB 3.5. :-)
