FKey2MCP_mui by Bruce Steers.

                This is a convertor that reads FKeys tooltypes,
              extracts the info and creates a new MCP.config file


           I have realy only made thig prog for some mui expierience

     the code probably sucks in neatness but i think it handles everything
       i have included the source (Amiga_E) so take a look if you like :)

                looks in a few places to find FKey as it starts.

                        Has Help Bubbles for all gadgets

           Set Dispose or Repeat Flags on or off for all Key Actions
