Improve Executive rescheduler even further giving nice values instead of
fixed priorities to processes.
A clever configuration of Executive catch and rescheduling ranges together with
a proper usage of fIXnICE will let you giving dynamic priorities even to system
servers (DOS devices, exec devices, and other real-time processes) without
forgetting the original configuration given by fixed priorities, using a nice
value proportionally computed in place of the exec pri.

This version 1.1 has been released very soon because of an important feature
should have been added to the 1.0 version: a patch toggler connected to the
CTRL-F signal will allow you to turn off patches temporarly, thus making
bugging programs loadable.
