UPDATE:
 --------
 - corrected bug that would not Permit() if something failed
 - properly disposed of datatype objects before recreating
 - rewrote the prefs program using SAS/C and GadTools. Now
   supports complete keyboard control.
 - added ScreenToFront, ScreenToBack, OpenScreen, Closescreen
   functions
 - new config file format which handles paths properly now
 - the commodity now spawns the prefs via CreateNewProc() as
   it should have to begin with instead of Execute()
 - updated documentation.
