FIDCON V0.3

Everyone who uses FILE-ID's knows that BBS's like to add there names
to this ID's. It makes the ID a lot bigger for no reason and if you,
like me, are keeping a list of FileID's it's logical to see the name
of the file and then the description. 

Aminet uses this format for the FILES.BBS lists on his CD's.

That's why I wrote this very tiny util. It strips a lot of the things
you don't want and makes a listing like the FILES.BBS-format with
the same name (overwrites).
Also AmiExpress listings/captures could be converted to this format.

It is CLI-only but that makes it usefull to put in a dirutil like
Diropus, Diskmaster, SID etc.
