Splits EDICT japanese dictionary (for use with japanese wordprocessors
like Jiwa and so on) in two files, the former containing Normal Entries
the latter Proper Names.
Sorry but the "Short:" wasn't enough :P...
As usual original C source is included.
PowerPC and WarpOs versions added.
