This is the legendary Amiga ProTracker module "Speed-E-Boy", composed 
in 1992 by Martin Iveson for the Jaguar XJ220 racing game (Core Design).

In the PC fan-gaming community (specifically Mario Forever), this track 
is widely recognized and searched for under the name "YKY" or "YKY-Rococ".
