This is a file viewer/organiser rather like windows7 explorer.  The
directory  structure  is  shown  as a tree on the left of the screen with a
list of files on the right.  Files can be dragged and dropped to move them
or copy them to other directories.  Default applications can be associated
with a file pattern (such as #?.html) so that files can be viewed/executed
by double-clicking on them.

This program is freely distributable but the author will accept no
responsibilty for the consequences of its use or abuse.

To install simply copy all of the files in the archive to the same
directory.
