        October 7, 1989 - V1.0a:
        
        Allow pop up on lo-res screen.
        Quit using hot key.
        Changed SM and MR buttons to MS and RM.
        Added M- and M+ key equivalents - [, ].
        Added Clear All key equivalent - Z.
        Updated & reformatted Help & About information.
        
        Made Help and About appear on Active screen rather than
        always on WorkBench screen.
        
        Added second Clear key - K to avoid conflict with C key
        when in HEX mode.

        Added window to display "Already loaded" message when used
        from WorkBench.
