Details:
2650b: changed timing of NOP and HALT instructions.

assembler: now throws an error on indexed branches where this is not

ambient sounds now defaults to on.
uvi/pvi/psg monitors: now tooltips also show the binary digit numberings
and groupings.
incorporated Anthony's latest Greek translation.
