Usage:  1.  Copy ActionGUI to your hardrive (Anywhere)

            2.  Ensure argue is in your path 
                 ie., (C:argue)  this is already set as the default
           
           3.  Set the COMMAND tooltype to point at Action 
                ie., (COMMAND=Sys:Utilities/Action >NIL:) this is already set as
the default 
                location for Action (and it's where OS3.9 installs it by
default) 
 
           4.  Enjoy!

Notes:  Why did I write this?  I needed something to do for a few hours and
because I got tired of                    editing the tooltypes to turn sound
on/off, etc.  

          On my system (see below) I use the DITHER option as "CGFX" and
"WINDOWPLAY" is                     checked.

          ActionGUI has bubble help enabled (check it out!) for other usage
notes.

Known Bugs:  None so far. . .

ActionGUI has only been tested on my system, so report any comments (bugs,
enhancements, likes, dislikes) to me!  I would really like to hear how it works
for others.
