IDEPrefs v1.0 for Buddha/Catweasel/XSurf

What ?
  A preferences program for XSurf/Buddha/Catweasel/XSurf IDE drivers.

Why?
  When I was patching them to work with CF cards, I noticed they had
  preset prefs set inside them, in the same format that IDEFixPrefs uses.
  So I wrote this to allow users to have more flexibility in the way they
  work.

Requirements:
  OS3.0+
  MUI  (only uses standard classes)

  Latest IDE drivers from Individual Computers
  (grab the eb_final.lha archive for the latest)


Use:
   First, edit the "DRIVER" tooltype in the IDEPrefs.info to
   point to the required driver BEFORE starting IDEPrefs.

eg. SYS:Expansion/XSurfIDE

Note:
   If the driver is already running, any changes to the prefs won't
   take effect until a reboot, since the drivers only read the built-in
   prefs when it first starts up.


   As for the rest of the options, it's the same as those for IDEFix.
