I love Abnormalia, one of the best diskmags in the whole scene.
Too bad it was on a DMS with all the nuisances it brings...
Improvements:
- it doesn't require mounting XFH anymore (executables, articles, brushes
and startpic unpacked);
- it runs from HD now;
- it runs from WB now (with a GlowIcon);
- you can copy it anywhere;
- you can listen to the music also on pumped up Amigas (if you have Run500
in c:,
else change the script
with your favourite degrader);
- Workbench files removed from archive;
- Assigns are automatically dismounted on exit;
Footnotes:
- The mag runs multitasking, just click on the upper rightmost corner;
- It goes without saying that a proper whdload installer would do hell
better than
this, I did not much more than tidy up things, unpack here and there,
rewrite the launching script and creating an icon, anyway I wanted to
share the result.
Abnormalia was made up by Macno and his team.
The picture in the icon is the starting pic of this issue by Tatlin, main
artist of the mag.
