This script will allow people on the other side of the world to play TicTacToe.
It is a very early version and I'm working on a much improved version. This
script is very easy to install, just bung it in your AmIRC rexx directory, run
AmIRC and start the script via the Rexx menu on AmIRC.
Read the TicTacToe.AMIRX file itself for further information.
