C-net 3.05c Arexx mod (FreeWare) adds ELO (Edit Login) command to let users edit
their own custom choices of mods to be executed during their login sequence.
ELO editor follows EP (Edit Prefs) editor VERY closely in appearance and usage.
Very configurable, both per each user and by sysop.  Supports non-optional login
mods, as well as different terminal types.  (I HATE ANSI ONLY MODS!!)
